Uig Lodge smoked salmon has been in operation for twenty years and is proud of its outstanding quality smoked salmon. It has supplied several top hotels and stores for many years and its products are renowned as being the best around.

Based on the far West coast of Lewis, the largest of the Hebrides, the lodge itself where all the smoking is carried out sits majestically above Uig sands.

The recipe for the smoked salmon has been refined to ensure that the flavour is as simple and traditional as possible, veering away from the over complex and confused tastes of some smoking recipes. Simplicity is the key to all good food and the quality of the raw ingredients is paramount. This is why only the finest locally sourced salmon is used for all smoking throughout the year.
